When Is CUET 2024?

The idea of one common exam for all UG admissions is to give an equal and common opportunity to all the students to perform well and get to their dream university/college in their desired course. The NTA has been entrusted with the responsibility of conducting the Common University Entrance Test (CUET), which has brought 250+ universities under one umbrella for UG admissions.

As per the NTA's official announcement, CUET 2024 is scheduled to occur between May 15 and May 31. The form for the mighty CUET UG 2024 was released by the NTA on 26 February 2024, and the completion window for the same has been kept as 26 March 2024, giving CUET UG aspirants a month’s time to fill in the CUET UG Registration Form. The CUET 2024 notification has been released by the NTA, and aspirants are advised to go through the detailed notification (information brochure) thoroughly to understand the CUET 2024 registration process, fill in the form, and pay the CUET 2024 application fees. In the process of filling in the form, CUET 2024 registration is the first step. Students can successfully carry out their CUET registration process by visiting the official website of CUET and following the instructions provided on the notice.

CUET 2024 Registration: Detailed Process

To successfully register for CUET 2024 and fill in the application form, candidates must follow the following steps carefully:

  • Browse the official website of CUET - VISIT HERE
  • Download and read the Information Bulletin carefully before proceeding any further.
  • Click on the “New Registration” button for CUET 2024 registration.
  • Fill in the Registration Form, which includes Personal Details, Address, Email ID, and Phone number. After that, choose the password, enter the security pin, and click on Submit.
  • Validate your details in the preview section and verify your Email ID and Phone number through OTP.
  • Complete the verification process by entering the OTP received on your registered mobile number/email ID.

CUET Application Fees

After you complete your CUET 2024 registration process, you can log in to your dashboard on the CUET portal by entering the CUET login details (user ID and password) you created. Your email ID will be your user ID, and the password will be the one you chose during the registration process. For CUET login, you can reset your password using your registered mobile number and email ID. Once you fill in your CUET login credentials and log in to your account, you can go ahead and complete your CUET 2024 Application Form.

After you are done filling in the form, you need to pay the required CUET 2024 Application Fees and submit your form. Only application forms with a complete payment status will be considered by the NTA. The CUET 2024 Application Fees depend upon the number of subjects a student has chosen. No official announcement has been made regarding the plan to combine the JEE (engineering entrance exam) and NEET (medical entrance exam) with the Common University Entrance Test (CUET), and it is not expected to happen anytime soon.
